Easy way to use it.

1. Put a bottle of starter or drinking yogurt into the fermentation container.

2. Put 900ml of regular milk into the fermentation container.

3. Stir it so that the starter or drinking yogurt and milk are mixed well.

4. Pour hot water to the line of the scale.

5. Close the lid of the fermentation container and put it in the body.

6. Close the lid and wait 8-10 hours to complete the yogurt.

Q&A

1. Yogurt doesn’t come out well. (It’s watery or there’s yellow water on top)

Fermentation takes about 8-10 hours.

If it’s liquid, leave it in the maker for a few more hours and don’t pour hot water again.

In the case of yellow water on top of yogurt, it is a whey caused by not adding additives. You can get plenty of calcium in the oil if you just pour it out and mix it well.

2. How long can you keep the yogurt you made once?

Keep the yogurt and cheese in the refrigerator and eat them as soon as possible.

3. Can I use expired milk or yogurt?

Please use the product within the expiration date.

4. Can I use water purifier instead of boiled water?

If possible, add boiled water to ferment well.

5. Is there a way to ferment yogurt better?

If you store milk at room temperature for a certain period of time or use a microwave to make yogurt without cold air, it ferments better.

6. It’s cold inside because it’s winter. Is it okay?

In winter, the indoor temperature is low, so ferment it in a warm place.

7. Which milk and drinking yogurt should I use?

Make sure to use white milk. Low-fat, processed milk (calcium, DHA, vitamin added) is difficult to ferment due to the nature of milk. We recommend using plain yogurt for yogurt.
